2. Withdrawal of consent

Your request shall be processed within 30 days. Please note however that this may affect our ability to attend to your needs in the event where there is already an existing business relationship.
3. Accuracy of personal data
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data in our possession or under our control is accurate and up-to-date at the point of collection and at regular intervals afterwards. If there is any change or updates in your personal data (E.g., a change in your mailing address), please email to hello@stralenderma.com as soon as possible to enable us to update our data.
4. Protection and retention of Personal Data
To safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we implement appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as authentication and access controls (such as good password practices, need-to-basis for data disclosure, etc.), up-to-date antivirus protection, securely erase storage media in devices before disposal, and usage of one time password(otp)/ 2 factor authentication (2fa)/multi-factor authentication (mfa) to secure access.

Before we accede to your request, we may need to verify your identity by checking your NRIC or other legal identification document. Please be aware that a reasonable admin fee may be charged for an access request, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
Upon receipt of payment, we will respond to (a) an access request within 30 days. Should we not able to respond within 30 days after receiving your request, we will inform you via email. (b) A correction request is processed as soon as possible, or within 30 days after receiving your request.
6. Transfer of personal data outside of Singapore
We do not transfer your personal data to another country outside of Singapore. Where there is a need, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is comparable to that provided under Singapore’s PDPA.

This policy applies only to Glamour Marque Pte Ltd’s collection and use of personal data. It does not cover third-party websites linked on our site, even if co-branded with our logo. We do not share your personal data with these sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
