Shipping policy

Our shipping policy takes effect once the item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or Singapore public holidays. All orders are shipped from Singapore.

Domestic Shipping (within Singapore)

Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery will take 3–5 business days.

  • Standard Shipping method
    • Delivery time: 3-5 business days upon order dispatched
    • Ship rates : SGD 8 (Free delivery for nett orders above SGD 300)

Important Notice: 

  • Our business days are weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding Singapore's public holidays.
  • Delivery Services:
    • All shipments includes tracking. 
    • Your signature confirmation upon receipt of item(s) is required (unless otherwise requested in the order notes).
    • For failed delivery attempts, the courier will contact you to schedule a one-time complimentary redelivery.
  • Delivery Restrictions:
    • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, off-island locations, or restricted areas.
    • Restricted areas include, but are not limited to:
      • All Airport zones
      • Cargo Complex and PSA Terminals
      • Military bases and protected areas
      • Jurong Island
      • All Checkpoints in Singapore

Shipping Notice:

At this time, we currently offer domestic shipping within Singapore only and are unable to accommodate international orders. While we deeply value our global customers and recognize this limitation may be disappointing, current logistical constraints prevent us from expanding our shipping network internationally.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Please note that once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you've recently placed an order and wish to request changes, please contact us immediately at hello@stralenderma.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, modifications may not be possible depending on your order's processing status.

For eligible cancellations, a processing fee may apply. Our customer service team will always disclose any applicable fees and obtain your confirmation before proceeding.

Shipping Address Modification

Please note that once order processing begins, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Any updates to your account information will only apply to future orders and cannot be reflected in existing orders. 

If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@stralenderma.com. While we will attempt to accommodate the change of address, when possible, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered the shipping process. 

Please be advised that we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer-provided shipping information errors.
